Respite Care

Our customized respite care programs are designed to give family caregivers a chance to recharge and refresh by providing temporary relief for a primary caregiver, enabling you to take a much-needed break from the demands of caregiving

Supported Employments

Our Supported Employment Services are provided to persons who by virtue of their support needs have been found eligible for long-term support.Supported employment services include the development of community-based employment, supplemental training, and long-term job site supports.

We assist with the customer’s independence level through the development of natural supports. The development of natural supports involves building capacity within supervisors and coworkers at the job site to support the customer on the job. We train our clients to utilize the resource successfully and ensure that they effectively and safely utilizes the resource long-term.

BEHAVIOURAL SUPPORT

The Behaviour Support Service comprises a team of specialist teachers and trained staff with extensive skills and experience of working to promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.

We aim to promote high standards of behaviour whilst focusing on the inclusion of children, young people and the elderly ones with social, emotional and mental health needs who may exhibit behaviour causing concern particularly if it is impacting upon the learning and achievement of an individual child or young person or that of others.

Our aim is to improve outcomes for learning, social and emotional well-being and build the capacity within people with developmental disabilities to promote positive behaviour and reduce exclusion.

Natural Supports Training

Letscare Services provides training and counseling services for individuals who provide unpaid support, training, companionship or supervision to people with needs. For purposes of this service, individual is defined as: “any person, family member, neighbor, friend, companion, or co-worker who provides uncompensated care, training, guidance, companionship or support to a person with need.”

This training includes instruction about treatment regimens, use of equipment specified in the Service Plan, and includes updates as necessary to safely maintain the participant at home. We provide Counseling aimed at assisting the unpaid caregiver in meeting the needs of the participant.

Individual support Brokerage

Our support brokers team work in a very personal and highly structured way directly with the client. Our support brokers source, negotiate, plan and manage care and support within the overall context of improving their client’s well being.Our Support brokers support individuals of any age with any condition who need support and care.

Our individual Support Brokerage services aim to deliver a holistic environment and support which allows clients to be as independent as possible.

We offer a highly flexible and cost-effective service delivered in person, via phone or email and in response to the needs of our client or thier families. .

Interpreter Services

Letscare Services provides Translation and Interpretation Services and we are committed to providing quality interpretation and translation services to people with intellectual disabilities and their families who are from a different ethnic and cultural background and whose primary language is other than English. This will be accomplished through creation of our comprehensive interpretation and translation services.

As a result of our services, we believe we can support access to a myriad of services that state, private and local agencies could provide.

Personal Emergency Response(PERS)

Our PERS services provides peace of mind, both for the client, and for their family members. Clients have the ability to notify the need for help with our intelligent system

Many seniors unfortunately fall in their homes, resulting in physical, as well as, potential emotional trauma. Those who subscribed to PERS have the ability to notify us for help, getting them the emergency attention and care they need in a short amount of time. We encourage you or your loved one to consider using PERS if the need is there.

Physical Therapy

We work with people of all ages and abilities.We help people with disabilities gain or keep function, develop or improve movement and social skills, and prevent injury. We focus on what people with disabilities can do by designing treatment plans specific to them to help them reach their goals.

Our goal is to improve and maintain mobility and muscle strength, manage pain, prevent chronic conditions or keep them from getting worse, recover from and prevent injury, take part in physical activities or sports and finally learn new and improved ways to do everyday tasks.
